Travel
The closest airports are Frankfurt (largest international airport in Germany), Stuttgart, Strasbourg (in France), and Baden airport.
- Frankfurt is served by most international airlines.
- Stuttgart is smaller than Frankfurt, but also an international airport.
- Strasbourg is an international airport mainly on European level and might be a good choice for connections via Paris or other European cities.
- Baden Airport is a local airport very close to Baden-Baden with European connections, and is served by e.g. Ryan Air, Air Berlin, and others.
Train connections from all airports (except Baden-Baden: this might also be a bus connection) are available at www.bahn.de.
For your departing station enter your airport (e.g. Frankfurt Flughafen, Stuttgart Flughafen, Strasbourg aeroport, or FKB Baden airpark); for your destination enter Baden-Baden (for more information, check "By train"). You'll need to take the bus or a taxi from Baden-Baden train station to the city center (appr. 10 km).

Baden-Baden is a stop for the German high speed trains (ICE) and all other trains. Check www.bahn.de for connections; enter your departing station (e.g. "Paris"), and "Baden-Baden" as your destination and follow instructions on the web site. You'll need to take the bus or a taxi from Baden-Baden train station to the city center (appr. 10 km).
