MIPAS performs well in SPARC Data Initiative ozone intercomparison

The seasonal cycle of stratospheric ozone at 4 latitude bands and altitude ranges. No pecularities are observed in MIPAS data. 

As part of the SPARC Data Initiative, trace gas climatologies, all inferred from limb satellite measurements, of a large number of trace gases were intercompared. Mean distributions, seasonal cycles and interannual anomalies were assessed.
